The national Early Career Framework is now underway and we understand that school leaders and Induction Coordinators will want to ensure that their ECTs and Mentors are fully supported over the duration of this new introduction to support ECTs into the profession. This event will aim to provide key information for school leaders and Induction Coordinators around the ECT programme that we run in partnership with Ambition Institute as well as what the introduction of this programme means for schools with ECTs or looking to employ ECTs in the future. We are running two 30 minute morning sessions: one 7.30am-8am and 8am-8.30am. 

This short morning session will include:

- An overview of the content, logistics and delivery of the programme;

- How to support your ECTs and mentors at a local level;

- Assessment of ECTs during their initial two year induction;
